For <br /> example, an essential outcome in the State arts curriculum is K.CRA <br /> Understand global, interdisciplinary, and 21st century connections <br /> with music. Both Kim So Rah and Sonia de los Santos will help CES <br /> fulfill the objective of having students recognize the relationships <br /> between music and concepts from other areas of the world. <br /> The Mike Wiley performance will tie in with the NC Social Studies <br /> Standards. In particular, 3.H.2 Use historical thinking skills to <br /> understand the context of events, people and places.
