19 <br /> other award covered by 31 USC § 1352. Each tier shall also disclose any lobbying with non-Federal funds that takes <br /> place in connection with obtaining any Federal award. Such disclosures are forwarded from tier to tier up to the <br /> recipient. <br /> Procurement of Recovered Materials <br /> Contractor and subcontractor must comply with Section 6002 of the Solid Waste Disposal Act,Pub. L.No. 89-272 (1965) <br /> (codifiedas amended by the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act at 42 USC § 6962),and the regulatory provisions of <br /> 40 CFR Part 247. Whenever (1) the contract requires procurement of$10,000 or more of a designated item during the <br /> fiscal year; or (2) the Contractor has procured $10,000 or more of a designated item using Federal funding during the <br /> previous fiscal year, in the performance of this contract the Contractor shall make maximum use of products containing <br /> recovered materials that are EPA-designated items unless the product cannot be acquired— <br /> (i)Competitively within a timeframe providing for compliance with the contract performance schedule; <br /> (ii)Meeting contract performance requirements; or <br /> (iii)At a reasonable price. <br /> Information about this requirement, along with the list of EPA- designate items, is available at EPA's Comprehensive <br /> Procurement Guidelines web site,https://www.epa.gov/smm/comprehensive- procurement-guideline-cpg:grog <br /> Safeguarding Personal Identifiable Information: <br /> Contractor will take reasonable measures to safeguard protected personally identifiable information and other information <br /> designated as sensitive by the awarding agency or is considered sensitive consistent with applicable federal, state, and/or <br /> local laws regarding privacy and obligations of confidentiality. <br /> DHS Seal,Logo,and Flags <br /> The Contractor shall not use the DHS seal(s), logos, crests, or reproductions of flags or likenesses of DHS agency officials <br /> without specific FEMA pre-approval. <br />
