Based on what has actually transpired through <br />acquisitions and opportunities, the original community pazks at Cedar Grove (Northern <br />Human Services Center) and Caldwell have become district and regional pazks, <br />respectively. Accordingly, the original Cedaz Grove/Little River District Park is now the <br />proposed Walnut Grove Community Park. In effect, the same needs are being met by two <br />district parks and one community park as were envisioned for two community parks and <br />one district park. <br />19 <br />
