The Board reviewed a draft Action Plan on February <br />13tH <br />On February 13th, the Board also authorized staff to develop a draft Lands Legacy Long-Term <br />Priorities document for the period 2002-2010. A draft of this document is attached, for <br />information purposes only at this time. It is anticipated that this long-term vision may be <br />discussed at an upcoming worksession; as the Board considers parks and open space priorities <br />to forward to the Capital Needs Advisory Task Force. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: Funds to accomplish the priority projects for FY 2001-2002 are present <br />in the current CIP and other existing sources. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board discuss and adopt the <br />Annual Action Plan for 2001-2002, with any desired revisions. The Board may also wish to set <br />a time to discuss the Long-Term Priorities 2002-2010 document. <br />
