No r.v. electric step systems allowed. Each <br /> stairway shall be constructed using aluminum channels and <br /> aluminum I-beam stringers to form the frame. The frame <br /> components shall be welded or bolted. The width of each <br /> stairway shall be a minimum of 33 inches. The stairway tread <br /> depth shall be 8 inches, plus or minus 1 inch. The stairway <br /> riser height shall be 8 inches, plus or minus 1 inch. The <br /> construction of the stairway shall be without riser panels. A <br /> portable step stand shall be furnished to mitigate against an <br /> non-uniform riser height between the bottom stairway step <br /> and the ground. Each step stand shall be min. 11 inches wide <br /> x 33 inches long x 3 inches (+/-1 in.) high from ground. Each <br /> step stand shall be capable of supporting 500 pounds without <br /> permanent deformation or breakage. The top of the step <br /> stand shall have a matching aluminum diamond plate surface. <br /> The weight of each step stand shall not exceed 15 pounds. <br /> 1 Stairs, handrail storage Solid aluminum construction with diamond plate door and <br /> compartment locking system. Storage compartment to contain stair system <br /> handrail while in transit. The components of the compartment <br /> shall be welded or bolted. <br /> 1 Stairs, high-traction Step covers are fit over existing steps. Slightly rounded for <br /> tread covers snug fit on Bull Nose leading edges of stairs. Doubles <br /> OSHA's 0.5 guideline and exceeds ADA's 0.6 measure for <br /> Coefficient of Friction values. Exceeds guidelines even in wet <br /> or oily conditions. <br /> 1 Storage compartment, Individual 3/16 in. thick diamond plate aluminum doors on the <br /> undercarriage curbside and streetside of the vehicle shall be furnished to <br /> provide access to holding tanks and equipment. The doors <br /> shall be hinged at the top. Means shall be provided to <br /> positively retain the doors in the open position. Doors shall be <br /> provided with replaceable weather seals to protect materials <br /> stored inside from weather. Each door shall be equipped with <br /> recessed, paddle type latches and key operated locks. <br /> Latches and locks shall be stainless steel. <br /> 2 TV, flat screen, w/DVD- The Department intends to use television monitor(s)to train <br /> HDMI, custom mount and educate patients and staff or for telecommunications <br /> purposes. Specify resolution as well as diagonal measure flat <br /> screen LCD or LED-screen monitor, with adjustable mount <br /> that can be securely stored to ceiling and adjacent wall to <br /> prevent vibration or damage in transit.
