The generator shall have an easily accessible oil <br /> drain, and be capable of being serviced from the exterior side <br /> of the compartment. The exhaust shall be ported and angled <br /> to the rear street-side away from the clinic area. Noise level <br /> with maximum load is to be 68 dBA or lower inside vehicle. <br /> 2 Generator, vibration Diesel generator to be sound-proofed with completely <br /> reduction system enclosed housing and vibration-reducing system with proper <br /> ventilation. The generator enclosure shall have continuous <br /> acoustic, non-water-holding, self-extinguishing insulation <br /> installed. The door louver opening design shall allow the full <br /> amount of cooling air required by the generator without <br /> exceeding the maximum static pressure. The enclosure and <br /> door shall be dimensioned to provide full access to the <br /> generator for servicing and ventilation. Louvers shall be <br /> angled to minimize the entrance of road splash and debris. <br /> Lockable latch door shall provide access to the generator. A <br /> louvered grille with screen shall be furnished to prevent <br /> foreign objects from entering the engine. <br /> 1 Graphics, exterior, Department personnel to select a graphics package for the <br /> custom vinyl exterior of the van using 3M or Avery Dennison exterior grade <br /> vinyls. Body decor is to be rendered in a combination of <br /> Percentage of rear cabin premium exterior grade vinyl and/or paint.
