That is not the concern expressed by the DW3LSA <br />Beard. You'11 recall that this was „fixed" in the March 29, 2000 <br />~veraion of the Agreement. The Agreement as it was rEVised in <br />March ZOOD calls for Chatham county ut~,lity extensions to be <br />approved by OwASA, Orange County and Chapel Hill ~ Carrboro. <br />The DWASA Soard hoe expressed a concern about the <br />requirement for unanimous approval among DWASA, Orange County, <br />Carrbaza and Chapel Hill for non-emergency water and sewer <br />tranefer~.
