Chapel Hill Joint Planning Area Transition Area Zoning Atlas Amendment <br />Purpose: To hear public comment on a proposed Zoning Atlas Amendment within <br />the Chapel Hill portion of the Joint Planning Area Transition Area. The rezoning <br />proposal, requested by the property owner, is as follows: <br />Action: Zoning Atlas Amendment (Rezoning) <br />From: Residential-2 <br />To: Residential-4-Conditional <br />Size: approximately 40.5 acres <br />Location: North side of Homestead Road, east of the Railroad Track <br />Identification: Chapel Hill Township, Tax Map 24, Lot 16 <br />These amendments require the approval of the Orange County Commissioners and <br />- -Chapel Hill Town Council. - -~ <br />Questions regarding the proposals may be directed to the Chapel Hill Planning <br />Department located in the Town Hall, 306 North Columbia Street, Chapel Hill, North <br />Carolina.
