(ie: LaUNCh, PFAP) <br /> o teaser interviews with commissioners to highlight topics that will be covered <br /> o digital ads on Chapelboro.com- Leaderboard,Storyboard and Notification Bar <br /> placement <br /> o and social media push <br /> • Call out to the community for questions and concerns that can be addressed during the <br /> Radio Summit <br /> • Coordination of all topics and panelists <br /> • Invitations to guests and follow up calls to confirm their participation <br /> Day of 97.9 The Hill WCHL will provide: <br /> • Live on-air moderator for these hours and technical support at the Whitted building <br /> • Social Media moderation and presence <br /> • Coordination of each hour of content <br /> • Provide logistical and hospitality support for the physical event <br /> After the Summit: <br /> • Chapelboro post-summary of each hour with photos and audio <br /> • On Demand archive of each hour of the Summit <br /> ADD ON: <br /> Mix and Mingle with the Commissioners-cocktail hour for continued discussion-organized and <br /> hosted by WCHL/Chapelboro.
