This <br />property was inspected the week prior by Sasser Companies staff, including minor <br />testing, ultimately recommending contacting the Environmental Solutions Group for <br />determining the levels of microbial contamination <br /> <br />Proposal/Not to Exceed: <br /> <br />The following is a proposal and not to exceed for the following: <br /> <br />¾ Initial Inspection <br />¾ Asbestos and Micro sampling with lab results <br />¾ Follow up inspection on Tuesday 1 October 2019. <br />¾ Setting of containments with zippers <br />¾ The placement of two (2) 500 air scrubbers <br />¾ The follow up inspection to ultimately remove the air scrubbers <br />¾ Decontamination of the air scrubbers <br />¾ The replacement of two (2) HEPA filtration devices on the air scrubbers <br />¾ The equipment rental through Friday 11 October 2019. <br /> <br />PROPOSAL: <br /> <br />Sasser Companies is prepared to complete all the above listed work within the <br />“Proposal/Not to Exceed” section for the price of $5,000.00. <br /> <br />Special Note: <br /> The above listed price is for the items within the “Protocol/Proposal” section of <br />this document only. Any additional work, demolition, containments, extended rental <br />time, remediation activities, debris disposal, and post remediation verification charges <br />will be part of a separate proposal, provided when requested. <br /> <br />PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT <br /> <br />It is the responsibility of every member of the remediation team to ensure they and all <br />members are in the appropriate level of personal protective equipment as required by <br />OSHA and Sasser Companies.
