The provision or non-provision of public sewer is a major <br />determinant of subdivision design (i.e. lot size), so the decision of an agreement needs to be as <br />early in the concept stage as possible. <br />There are a few specific projects that are awaiting a more definitive sewer policy so the associated <br />sewer agreement request can come forward for action by the Board of Commissioners. The <br />projects include Ashwick and McGowen Creek subdivisions that are within the development <br />approval process.
