We also work with a video production company, <br /> Centerline Productions, to help us promote our work throughout the <br /> community. NCAIA utilizes several social media tools, including our <br /> webpage, Facebook, Constant Contact and Twitter, to promote our <br /> programs and all performances. A media and marketing company, <br /> Brasco, helps us with our message in the community. Last year, a <br /> video production company, Centerline Productions, produced three <br /> videos for targeted audiences, to help us promote our work <br /> throughout the community. In addition, we produce a printed annual <br /> report, thrice yearly print newsletters, and a monthly electronic <br /> newsletter, to market NC Arts in Action throughout the Triangle and <br /> region. <br /> How will you NC Arts in Action draws from evaluations, direct quotes from <br /> evaluate the success students, parents, teachers and administrators to see if the intended <br /> of the program? targets have been met. NC Arts in Action utilizes the assistance of <br /> The Link Group in RTP, which has developed child friendly <br /> assessment tools. The Link Group also share this info with the <br /> WCPSS internal evaluation and research staff for further input and <br /> refinement. Gathering good data is a critical goal for NC Arts in <br /> Action. In addition, the Arts in Action program success will be <br /> measured through a combination of data related to: Number of <br /> students participating in the program; Increase in pre-NC Arts in <br /> Action and post-NC Arts in Action academic achievement and <br /> measurable improved classroom behaviors; Qualitative data from <br /> classroom teachers on individual student improvement and self- <br /> assessment; Continuity of the program; Increase in donors and <br /> supporters from the community; and Student school attendance on <br /> NC Arts in Action days. <br /> NC Arts in Action is grateful for your consideration of this $3,500 <br /> request to help support Rashkis in offering this transformative <br /> program. NC Arts in Action reaches hundreds of public school <br /> students with an internationally acclaimed curriculum and teaching <br /> methodology that truly changes lives. NC AIA looks forward to the <br /> opportunity to continue this important partnership with the Orange <br /> County Arts Commission to support children and schools most at <br /> need in our community. <br />
