Our promotional activities in 2019-2020 will include: <br /> • Promoting the VOICES season at Chapel Hill Festifall. <br /> • Making the entire season's program available on our website <br /> (www.voiceschapelhill.org) and featuring each upcoming concert <br /> prominently a month in advance. <br /> • Maintaining an active Facebook page to engage with music lovers in <br /> the Triangle (https://www.facebook.com/voicesch/). <br /> o Running ad campaigns on Facebook for all concerts <br /> • Implementing MailChimp email marketing campaigns to list of 1,275 <br /> subscribers. <br /> • Listing concerts on 13 online calendars, such as Explore Chapel Hill <br /> Arts, TriangleSings!, News and Observer, and CVNC. <br /> • Conducting targeted outreach to choral directors at local schools, to <br /> churches, and to senior communities. <br /> • Placing ads on TriangleSings! website and through their email <br /> subscriber list. <br /> • Placing notices on the Interfaith Food Shuttle's newsletter, website, and <br /> email listsery to advertise the concert that will feature a food drive for <br /> their benefit. <br /> • Securing radio spots / interviews with Dr. Stephen Futrell on local radio <br /> stations the week preceding selected concerts. <br /> • Disseminating press releases for the season's program and select <br /> concerts. <br /> • Printing and distributing posters in Chapel Hill/Durham (example <br /> attached). <br /> • Securing concert reviews on CVNC. <br /> Note: Orange County Arts Commission and North Carolina Arts Council <br /> logos and credit line are located on the back cover of the Voices Season <br /> Program (linked below) as well as on Voices home page <br /> (www.voiceschapelhill.org) and all other publicity materials. <br />
