There are approximately 50 <br /> members currently registered in the band. <br /> Our board is composed of a President, Secretary and Treasurer, with <br /> several other members serving in non-board capacities, including a <br /> music librarian as well as several members involved in providing <br /> publicity - flyers, social media, website maintenance, etc. <br /> The band performs in the fall and spring at various public venues <br /> that include the NC Botanical Garden, University Place, Horace <br /> Williams House, the Durham Band Festival, and local retirement <br /> homes. <br /> Our repertoire includes marches and patriotic music, classical and <br /> contemporary pieces, show tunes and holiday music. <br /> All performances are free to the public. <br />
