The Re-Strategizing process will look
at current methodologies and outcomes in relationship to a Factor
Analysis to determine alternative education methods that may be
better suited for address core beliefs. This process will essentially
question whether or not data, logic, and reason are the best
methods for addressing core beliefs in the various influential
parts of Orange County.
• The Factor Analysis is a process of looking at what has
contributed to core beliefs along side historical context. It takes
into account the personal stories that have contributed to the
formation of community core beliefs or belief systems.
Steps this process will include:
• Interviewing "organizations, stakeholders, and board of directors
for the local and national non-profits working on homelessness
[...]" to learn about common education practices and reasons for
using them such as capacity, funding, and ability.
• Interviewing and conducting focus groups in Orange County in
influential communities to learn more about their perspective.
