Representatives from both school boards, the health board, the <br />board of county commissioners, the county manager's staff, staff from the health <br />department and staff from both school systems met and . agreed on two <br />recommendations: <br />• Each school within Orange County should have a full -time nurse. <br />• New schools should include a full -time school nurse as part of the core funding <br />requirements for opening a new school: (Beginning with Smith Middle School and <br />Cedar Ridge High School.) <br />
