FY 2019-20 Home and Community Care Block Grant for Older Adults Funding Plan <br />The Board approved the recommended Home and Community Care Block Grant (HCCBG) for <br />Older Adults Funding Plan for FY 2019-20 and authorized the Manager to sign. <br />d. Amendments to North Chatham Fire Protection and Emergency Services Agreement <br />The Board ratified the County Manager’s signature on amendments to allow the 2013 contract <br />between Orange County and North Chatham to remain in effect until a new contract is agreed <br />upon and implemented. <br />e. Link Building Remediation Project – Rejection of Bids <br />The Board authorized the County Manager to reject all bids for the remediation of the John M. <br />Link, Jr. Government Services Center project that were opened on Thursday, September 5, <br />2019, and to rebid the project. <br /> <br />9.
