Receive the request; <br />2. Conduct the public hearing and accept comment; <br />3. Close the public hearing. (Note that because this is a legislative decision, additional <br />comments at a later date are permitted); <br />4. Approve the Statement of Consistency (Attachment 7); and <br />5. Approve the Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas (Attachment 8) as recommended by the <br />Planning Board and Planning Director <br /> <br />Commissioner Price asked if there was a timeline on the bike ped proposal.
