RECOMMENDATION(S): Staff Recommendation <br />The Planning Department Staff recommends approval in <br />accordance with the attached resolution. <br />5 <br />Plannin Board Recommendation December 6, 2000 <br />The Planning Board recommends approval in accordance with the <br />attached resolution. (Vote: 6-1) <br />Administration Recommendation <br />The Administration recommends one of the following alternatives: <br />(1) approve per the Resolution of Approval with the added <br />condition that public sewer is made available by Orange County to <br />this project and that Orange County has made no commitment to <br />do so or; <br />(2) table the item until the Board of County Commissioners have <br />reviewed and updated the County's Efland Area Sewer Extension <br />Plan. <br />
