Below for your file is a list of our recommendations <br />and comments for the subject: <br />1. Prier to any construction of any new access or alteration of any existing acce <br />within the right of way, the .developer/owner is required to secure a permit wi <br />this office. It is the responsibility of the owner/developer to obtain a perm <br />2. All utilities located within the right of way shall require an encroachment <br />agreement. All services shall be flush with finished grade. Any utility main <br />service connection or lateral located wa_thin the dedicated right of way shall <br />be maintained by the appropriate utility authority. <br />3. Any area within the State's right of way and/or easements disturbed during the <br />construction and/or maintenance shall be repaired to the satisfaction of the <br />District Engineer or his representative. <br />
