Authorize the County Manager to approve change orders for this project up to the <br /> 27 authorized, budgeted amount. <br /> 28 <br /> 29 Commissioner Greene commended Travis Myren on 21% contracted to minority-owned <br /> 30 business. <br /> 31 Blair Bordeaux said these are initial percentages, and will likely go up. <br /> 32 Commissioner Price also thanked them for this percentage. <br />
