Receive the request; <br /> 40 2. Conduct the public hearing and accept comment; <br /> 41 3. Close the public hearing. (Note that because this is a legislative decision, additional <br /> 42 comments at a later date are permitted); <br /> 43 4. Approve the Statement of Consistency (Attachment 7); and <br /> 44 5. Approve the Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas (Attachment 8) as recommended by the <br /> 45 Planning Board and Planning Director <br /> 46 <br /> 47 Commissioner Price asked if there was a timeline on the bike ped proposal. <br /> 48 Patrick Mallett said not, of which, he is aware. <br /> 49 <br /> 50 A motion was made by Commissioner Bedford, seconded by Commissioner Greene for <br /> 51 the Board to open public hearing. <br />
