41 <br /> "Prior Deed of Trust" means the Deed of Trust and Security Agreement dated <br /> as of June 1, 2018, from the County to a Deed of Trust Trustee for the County's <br /> benefit, as supplemented by the Deed of Trust Supplement dated as of May 1, 2019. <br /> "Refinancing Costs" means the costs of principal, interest, prepayment <br /> premium or penalty and any similar costs required to pay in full all the County's <br /> obligations with respect to the following County borrowings: [2010 General <br /> Obligation Refunding Bonds; 2011 General Obligation Refunding Bonds; 2012 <br /> DENR State water loan; 2012 Limited Obligation Bonds; 2013 SunTrust <br /> installment financing; 2016 First Bank installment financing] [will use formal, <br /> complete names once we have a final selection] <br /> "Supplemental Agreement" means this Second Supplemental Trust <br /> Agreement, as it may be properly amended or supplemented from time to time. <br /> "Trust Agreement" means the Prior Agreement as modified and <br /> supplemented by this Supplemental Agreement, as it may be further amended or <br /> supplemented from time to time. <br /> All other capitalized terms used in this Second Supplemental Trust <br /> Agreement and not otherwise defined have the meanings ascribed thereto in the <br /> 2018 Agreement. <br /> 16 <br />
