Project management <br /> VRF System <br /> • Furnish and install the following as noted in the below scope with the following clarification and/or <br /> exceptions; <br /> 1. Integrate to VRF system via one(1)existing Mitsubishi AE-200A Master Controller. Ethernet <br /> drop and connection to the AE-200A by Orange County. <br /> 2. Provide BACnet integration to allow visibility and control functionality of the VRF system to <br /> include(43)indoor head-end units. <br /> 3. Create and install Desigo CC BMS graphics to represent the VRF system and each of the(43) <br /> indoor units. <br /> 4. Checkout the VRF system integration for proper functionality. <br /> Heat Pumps-(3)and Exhaust Fan <br /> • Furnish and install the following as noted in the below scope with the following clarification and/or <br /> exceptions; <br /> 1. Provide and install Siemens PXCC panel and enclosure for Field Level Network(FLN). <br /> 2. Provide and install Siemens controller and sensors for(3) Heat Pumps. <br /> 3. Run FLN wiring trunk from PXCC to(3)Heat Pump controllers. <br /> 4. Create and install Desigo CC BMS graphics for all(3)Heat Pumps. <br /> 5. Perform standard startup and checkout of new PXC panel and Heat Pump controllers. <br /> 6. Provide and install relay and current switch for(1)exhaust fan. <br /> 7. Create and implement programing for(1)exhaust fan. <br /> AAON Unit <br /> • Furnish and install the following as noted in the below scope with the following clarification and/or <br /> exceptions; <br /> 1. Run BACnet MS/TP truck from PXCC panel to existing AAON DOAS unit. <br /> 2. Provide BACnet integration to allow visibility and control functionality of the AAON DOAS unit. <br /> 3.
