The Contractor will establish a plan with the <br /> client for accepting the contribution on at least a monthly basis' and when contributions are not <br /> received within ten days of the agreed upon date, will not' the client in writing and send a copy_ <br /> of the notification to the Coun . No other fees for services m4y be charged to the client.
