Conduct meeting with all agencies to continue training and share <br />information. <br />4. Finalize' copy of terrorism SDP's, roles and responsibilities of <br />county agencies. <br />5. Finalize expenditure and expense report. <br />A total of six copies of all requested documents will be submitted as deliverables <br />following the completion of the respected phase. All financial statements vrill be <br />submitted at the conclusion of each phase $o reimbursement can be process. <br />This phased reimbursement should help alleviate some of the cost incurred by <br />the~county for planning, training and exercising county responders. <br /> <br />
