The Chapel Hill Town Limits representative recently <br /> resigned from the board and Mr.Charles would make an excellent representative from that area. <br /> He has served previously on the OUTBOARD and is a former chair of the Chapel Hill Transportation <br /> and Connectivity Board. Mr.Charles had a stroke two years ago and is no longer able to drive. He <br /> would be a great representative of the public transit dependent community. He also leads a Stroke <br /> Support group at the Seymour Center.
