MINUTES <br />ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF SOCIAL SERVICES <br />July 15, 2019 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />3. October Meeting Date <br /> <br />Nancy Coston will be out of town for the October meeting. On a motion by Pat Garavaglia the <br />Board voted to move the October meeting to October 7, 2019 at 4:00pm. Ann Wilkerson seconded <br />the motion. The motion was carried without dissent. <br /> <br />4. Executive Session <br /> <br />Ann Wilkerson made a motion that the Board move into Executive Ses sion pursuant to § <br />143-318.11(a)(6). Pat Garavaglia seconded the motion. The motion was carried without dissent. <br /> <br />VII. Announcements <br /> <br />Pat Garavaglia moved to adjourn the meeting at 5:16 pm . Jamezetta Bedford seconded the motion.
