I don't know if I told you this, but I went back to the Eno River Association in May. During my transition back, I am assisting Orange County complete some land acquisition projects. Two of those projects you appraised for us: Holden-Roberts Farm(Anderson) and Cedar Grove Windy Hill Farm (Gledhill). These projects have partial funding from the NC Agricultural Development and Farmland Preservation Trust Fund(ADFP). ADFP requires that the appraiser update the existing appraisals to represent the acreage from the survey and write an opinion letter of current value.
