DocuSign Envelope ID:A551A38E-3703-439F-B000-AB96C3150AB4
Hardik or Anthony,
I was reviewing the contract. I haven't seen it until today, I have been out of the office and Hardik
has been keeping me up to speed.
I have a question regarding "licensing" and use. The contract states it is licensed to Orange County
Officials. It's unclear to me if that includes other jurisdictions outside of Orange County, e.g., the
District Attorneys Office or Chapel Hill PD. I know there are two pieces to this product the
administrative end for Caitlin and her staff to use for data entry and general administration and then
there is a portal for others to use in view only mode. I don't see a delineation between the two
types of users. Perhaps, I missed it. If so, please point me to it, if not we probably want to define
who can used the software and who can't based on our current use model.
I hope this makes sense.
Jim Northrup
Chief Information Officer
Orange County Government
Information Technologies
Desk: 1.919.245.2276
Cell: 1.252.305.6678
http://www.orangecountync.gov
Did you know that the Orange County IT Help Desk processes about 40 calls a day and uses a priority
system for processing all requests? Next time you call ask about how your call is getting prioritized.
