Next time you call ask about how your call is getting prioritized.
From: Anthony Volpe [mailto:anthony.volpe@quantworks.com]
Sent: Wednesday, August 14, 2019 8:52 AM
To:Jim Northrup; Hardik Patel; Caitlin Fenhagen
Subject: [EXTERNAL MAIL!] RE: Quant Contract
Jim,
Welcome back!
There really is no other detail in there.
As you'd agree, the spirit of the agreement is that it can not be used for cases outside of Orange
County. I understand Jim Woodall, for example, is not really an official of the county, but he is
working cases there, as is the Chapel Hill PD. I can see why "Orange County officials" is not a very
accurate way to put this!
Maybe just strike the word "Officials". Would that work? If not, please suggest the language that
best captures the spirit, and I'm sure it will work for us.
Thanks,
Anthony
From:Jim Northrup <i north rup(@orangecountync.gov>
Sent:Tuesday, August 13, 2019 2:57 PM
To: Hardik Patel <hpatel(@orangecountync.gov>; Anthony Volpe
<anthony.volpe(@quantworks.com>; Caitlin Fenhagen <cfenhagen(@orangecount)tnc.gov>
Subject: Quant Contract
