I understand Jim Woodall, for example, is not really an official of the county, but he is <br /> working cases there, as is the Chapel Hill PD. I can see why "Orange County officials" is not a very <br /> accurate way to put this! <br /> Maybe just strike the word "Officials". Would that work?
