Chubb has no obligation to provide any of the legal,computer forensics,public relations,notification and <br /> identity services,call center services,cyber extortion and ransom,legal and regulator-communications, <br /> and business interruption advice and services provided by the Cyber incident Response Team. <br /> 4. The policyholder is under no obligation to contract for services v6th Cyber Incident Response Team <br /> service providers,except as may be amended by the Policy. <br /> S. Solely pith respect to the services provided by the C,$er Incident Response Team: <br /> a. Failure to comply-with anv one or more of the requirements of the Cyber Incident Response <br /> Te ain i%ill preclude coverage under the applicable limit(s). <br /> b. Chubb may,at its sole discretion and only as evidenced by Chubb's prior xTitten approval,on or <br /> before the effective date of the Polie-, permit the policyholder to retain alternative service <br /> providers to provide services comparable to the services and rates offered by the Cyber Incident <br /> Response Team. <br /> c. If, during the Polie⢠Period, either (i) any of the Cyber Incident Response Team service <br /> prmiders is unable to or does not provide the services covered and as defined in the definition of <br /> Cyber Incident response Expenses or(ii)there is a change of lay or regulation that prevents <br /> service providers selected exclusively from the Cyber Incident Response Team from <br /> providing the legal, computer forensic, notification, call eenter, public relations, crisis <br /> communications, fraud consultation, credit monitoring, and identity restoration advice and <br /> services sought by the policyholder,Chubb may, at its sole discretion and only m evidenced by <br /> Chubb's prior vATitten approval, permit the policyholder to retain alternative service providers to <br /> provide services comparable to the services offered by the Cyber Incident response Team, <br /> d.
