This was discussed with <br />Administrator who stated that it will be <br />moved to a location clearly visible when <br />visitors enter the facility. <br />Facility has hydration stations (with water <br />and lemonade) in a few places throughout <br />the facility, however cups were missing <br />during visit which was brought up to the <br />Administrator. <br />Facility does not have a locked unit for <br />residents with dementia and Administrator <br />stated that for the time being a CNA is <br />assigned to a resident who is at risk of <br />wandering 1 to 1. <br /> <br />
