Use of a bed alarm was discussed. <br />Topics to follow up on: <br /> <br />• Transition to new management <br />• Water pitchers in rooms <br />• Meal satisfaction with possible changes under new <br />management. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Discuss items from “Areas of Concern” Section <br />as well as any changes observed during the <br />visit. <br /> <br />Most residents were not aware of or did <br />not have an opinion about the change <br />to 12-hour shifts. <br /> <br />Brookshire is under new ownership and <br />soon will be “Peak Resources Brook- <br />shire.” Administrator Josh Stevens is <br />continuing as administrator.
