8] <br />PROVIDED IN EXCESS: The attached tree inventories show a 25'x25' azea of trees in the <br />buffers on I-40 (A) and Sunrise Road (B). The additional plantings as indicated on the attached <br />site plan schedule show Loblolly Pines and Eastern Red Cedars to be planted 10 feet on center at <br />the base of the berms to supplement the existing buffers. <br />Inside the subdivision along Sunrise Springs Road there aze existing trees in the front setback <br />azeas which will be supplemented by proposed redbuds and dogwoods to be planted for <br />ornamental purposes. In addition we will ask for maples to be planted 40 feet on center. <br />
