He said this <br /> sometimes causes problems with septic systems. He said new Unified Development Ordinance <br /> (UDO) regulations provide better clustering, making it a good choice as new developers come to <br /> the area. <br /> Commissioner Price said it would be good to be able to have smaller homes for seniors <br /> who do not want large homes. She asked if staff has researched this possibility. <br /> Craig Benedict said staff recently brought up the idea of having more duplexes, and <br /> there are some regulations regarding environmental health that prohibit this.
