He has over 25 years of experience providing high performance energy <br /> efficiency building consulting services for both commercial and residential buildings. Mr. <br /> Conlin's building performance experience includes: engineering, project management, building <br /> diagnostics, risk management, moisture management, remediation consulting, research, <br /> training and marketing. Mr. Conlin holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering <br /> from the University of Tennessee and is a licensed Professional Engineer in North Carolina and <br /> Alabama. He is a IAQA Certified Mold Remediator, and a qualified level II thermographer for <br /> buildings and roofs and has been providing consulting, inspection and testing services for <br /> building envelopes in commercial and industrial projects for the last 25 years. Mr. Conlin is also <br /> a certified Air Barrier Association of America (ABAA) auditor. <br /> Meghan McDermott, CxA+BE, BECxP,Architectural Engineer& Owner—Ms. McDermott is one <br /> of the co-owners and is the company's business manager. She conducts energy assessments, <br /> energy modeling, energy conservation savings calculations and diagnostic investigations for <br /> HPBS. Ms. McDermott graduated with Honors from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical <br /> State University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering with a <br /> concentration in Energy. She is a member if the ABAA technical committee that wrote the US <br /> Army Corps of Engineers Air Leakage Test Protocol for Building Envelopes (Version 3) and is also <br /> on the ABAA committee that is developing the certification program for Air Leakage Testing. <br /> She is a qualified level II thermographer for buildings and roofs and electrical inspection. Ms. <br /> McDermott has been providing consulting, inspecting and testing services for building <br /> envelopes on various projects for the last 10 years. <br /> Cathy Richmond, LRC Indoor Testing and Research — LRC Indoor Testing & Research is an <br /> analytical, investigative and applied environmental research company located in Cary, NC that <br /> provides a comprehensive array of technical services for homeowners and businesses involved <br /> in indoor environmental quality. LRC is a woman owned company. Cathy Richmond, is an <br /> Environmental Scientist with over 15 years of experience in the environmental field. LRC's key <br /> personnel have over 50 years of combined experience in relevant areas. LRC works with private <br /> clients as well as government agencies.
