HPBS will document with <br /> photographs and measurements any air infiltration, moisture management and water intrusion <br /> concerns and will identify driving forces that bring unconditioned outside air and moisture into <br /> the building. HPBS will document in a written report options to improve the existing building <br /> envelope and moisture management systems and to remediate mold damaged material. <br /> Documentation will include annotated photographs, qualitative and quantitative <br /> measurements. The findings will be presented to the County in a brief PowerPoint type <br /> presentation. <br /> Report: <br /> A detailed Report will describe observations and findings and will make recommendations to <br /> improve the building envelope performance and to prevent future moisture intrusion and <br /> related problems. <br /> Commissioning and General Contracting: HPBS are Certified Building Envelop Commissioning <br /> Agents. Currently HPBS conducts Design review, Construction inspections and performance <br /> testing for building enclosures.
