6 <br /> B O R D E A U X <br /> Construction Company, Inc. <br /> August 28, 2019 <br /> Ms. Bonnie Hammersley <br /> County Manager <br /> Orange County <br /> PO Box 8181 <br /> Hillsborough, NC <br /> Reference: Orange County Northern Campus—GMP#2 (Full project GMP) <br /> Dear Ms. Hammersley, <br /> Thank you for the opportunity to provide the Guaranteed Maximum Price Proposal#2 (GMP#2) <br /> proposal based on the backup attached to this proposal. <br /> Guaranteed Maximum Price#1: (previously accepted) $10,019,850 <br /> Guaranteed Maximum Price#2: $26,334,232 <br /> Total Guaranteed Maximum Price: $36,354,082 <br /> The GMP#2 scope includes all remaining bid scopes not included in GMP#1 plus remaining scope not <br /> included in GMP#1 for BP-03A Concrete, BP-05A Structural Steel, BP-13A Prefabricated Steel Cells, and <br /> BP-31A Earthwork. <br /> In addition to cost of work items above, GMP#2 includes accepted Value Engineering items,Accepted <br /> Alternates, and Owners contingency (remaining). CM Contingency, Fee, Early Completion Bonus, and <br /> Bonds and Insurances are calculated on each GMP individually. Unused CM allowances, Owner <br /> Contingency, Building permit allowance, and Subcontractor allowances will be returned in full to the <br /> owner at completion of the project.
