NORTH CAROLINA <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE <br />County of Orange <br />WHEREAS, a lease agreement was made and entered into as of the 13th day of March 1986 by and between <br />Orange County, hereinafter referred to as the County, and Annie D. Freeland, hereinafter referred to as the Owner, <br />for property on Highway NC 57 to be used as a solid waste collection site. <br />WHEREAS, the County and the Owner wish to renew the lease agreement as amended; <br />NOW THEREFORE, the County and the Owner mutually agree to the following: <br />1. Section 2 "The.Lease", shall be modified to read as follows: <br />"The lease renewal will commence on April 1, 2001 and will continue through March 31, 2006, <br />excepting either the Owner or County may terminate the lease upon giving ninety days (90) written <br />notice to the other. County shall pay to Owner rent in the amount of $2S0 per month, for each and <br />every month of the term of this lease, payable on or before the first day of each month of the lease <br />term." <br />2.
