FINANCIAL IMPACT: The monthly rent will increase to $250 for the five-year renewal term. <br />Adequate funds to cover the lease arrangement are available within the Sanitation Division <br />budget for the remainder of FY 2000-01, and will be programmed for future fiscal year <br />budgets. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board approve the lease <br />renewal for the period of April 1, 2001 through March 31, 2006, subject to final review by staff <br />and the County Attorney, and authorize the Chair to sign the agreement.. <br />
