He said this <br /> 12 sometimes causes problems with septic systems. He said new Unified Development Ordinance <br /> 13 (UDO) regulations provide better clustering, making it a good choice as new developers come to <br /> 14 the area. <br /> 15 Commissioner Price said it would be good to be able to have smaller homes for seniors <br /> 16 who do not want large homes. She asked if staff has researched this possibility. <br /> 17 Craig Benedict said staff recently brought up the idea of having more duplexes, and <br /> 18 there are some regulations regarding environmental health that prohibit this.
