FIFTH ACTION —The BOCC reviews and takes action on the Preliminary Plat <br /> 16 application. <br /> 17 STAFF COMMENT: The review and decision to approve or deny the Preliminary Plat <br /> 18 is scheduled for the June 4, 2019 BOCC regular meeting. If approved, and once all <br /> 19 construction activities have been completed or appropriate financial assurances <br /> 20 have been approved, staff will sign off on a Final Plat, which will be recorded in the <br /> 21 Orange County Registrar of Deeds Office. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 Proposal: The petitioner has submitted a Major Subdivision Preliminary Plat application <br /> 24 proposing to develop 20 single-family residential lots at a density of approximately 1 dwelling <br /> 25 unit per 2.1 acres of gross land area and approximately 15.54 acres of common open space to <br /> 26 be held/controlled by a homeowners association.
