Additions or Changes to the Agenda <br /> 24 <br /> 25 Chair Rich noted the following proposed changes to the agenda: <br /> 26 <br /> 27 • Blue sheet: Proposed Addition to Consent Agenda - Item 8-x— FY Budget amendment <br /> 28 #11-c <br /> 29 • Defer Item 11-1: Orange County Climate Council At-Large Appointment in order to go <br /> 30 through our regular advertisement/application process <br /> 31 <br /> 32 A motion was made by Commissioner McKee, seconded by Commissioner Marcoplos to <br /> 33 approve these additions to the agenda. <br /> 34 <br /> 35 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 36 <br /> 37 Chair Rich noted the following items at the Commissioners' places: <br /> 38 <br /> 39 • White sheet: 2 PowerPoint presentations for Item 6-d (Bus Rapid Transit- BRT) <br /> 40 • 6a - hand out - Board of County Commissioners salary information for budget <br /> 41 <br /> 42 PUBLIC CHARGE <br /> 43 <br /> 44 Chair Rich acknowledged the public charge. <br /> 45 <br /> 46 Arts Moment <br /> 47 Katie Murray, Arts Commission Director, introduced Mimi Herman: <br /> 48 Mimi Herman is the 2017 North Carolina Piedmont Laureate and a Kennedy Center Teaching <br /> 49 Artist.
