She said the Board of County Commissioners works very hard, and it is not a low- <br /> 45 key, part-time job. She said this job is not sustainable for people who work full time, but are not <br /> 46 self employed, and in an effort to recruit more diversity over time, the position needs to be <br /> 47 attainable for a larger pool of candidates. She asked if staff would come back with a proposal <br /> 48 during budget meetings. <br /> 49 Commissioner Jacobs agreed." <br /> 50 <br />
