Providing more opportunities for low- and middle-income families will impact diversity in <br /> the community. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: There is no Orange County Environmental Responsibility Goal <br /> impact associated with this item. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board approve the proposed <br /> framework and assign Commissioners to serve on each of the proposed panels. <br />
