42 <br />SECTION 3 <br />MANUALS: <br />Manuals shall be furnished by the OCJP to each bf its members at the time of becoming an OCJ'P` <br />member so that such member may be informed fully on Partnership duties and responsibilities. <br />The manual shall contain an up-to-date copy of the by-laws and policies adopted by the <br />Partnership. The manual shall contain a description of the programs funded on advice of the <br />OCJP and may contain important procedural documents from funding agencies. <br />
