The Director meets with supervisors of interfacing agencies to ensure smooth <br />exchange of needed information and accessibility of resources. The Director plans staffing and <br />program development, making adjustments as needed- to iit the needs of the community. The <br />Director meets with judges, clerks, and lawyers related to Pre-Trial Release Services. <br />Presentations to the local defense bar, the Ofnces of the Public Defender, and the District <br />Attorney's Olce are responsibilities of the Dirz::tor. Meeting with the Sheriff's Departments ir: <br />relation to Pre-Trial Release Service and assistance to jail staff with inmate concerns are <br />functions of the Director. Unobtrusive provision of services with inter<•iewzng taking place ir. <br />the jail is another concern the Director addresses. <br />
