If Standard Fixed Rate, Maximum Allowable, (See Rates for Services Chart) <br /> 2.Negotiated County Rate. <br /> Standard Rate of services shall be paid at rate of$52.00 per/hour for services <br /> performed Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. <br /> Nora-Standard Rate of services shall be aid at a rate of$ 78.00 forper/hour for <br /> services performed from Monday—Friday 5:00 p.m.—8:00 a.m. weekends and <br /> holiday <br /> The County shall pay for a minimum of two hours of service for each <br /> appointment.
