Minor Directional Sign <br />Structures <br />Having not more than two sign <br />surface areas, each limited to <br />four square feet may be <br />erected as reasonably <br />necessary for the safety and <br />convenience of visitors to the <br />center. Such signs shall bear <br />no advertising matter other <br />than the name of the <br />development as a whole or an <br />indication of the portion of the <br />development to which direction <br />is given. <br />EVIDENCE SUBMITTED <br />TO SUPPORT FINDINGS <br />Yes No Coordinated signage will be <br />x N/A provided for each <br />neighborhood. Only one such sign <br />shall be permitted for each face <br />of the building visible from a <br />public street other than a minor <br />residential. street, except that <br />where the length of such face <br />of the building exceeds one <br />hundred fifty feet, a second <br />sign shall be permitted. <br />Minimum area allotment for any <br />such signs shall be one <br />hundred square feet, or two <br />percent of the surface area of <br />the building on the exposure <br />involved, up to a maximum of <br />three hundred square feet. <br />6. Signs Identifying Individual <br />Commercial or Service <br />Establishments ar Offices. <br />From public streets shall be <br />permitted as tvllows: <br />a) One sign mounting attached <br />to the wall of the building and <br />containing .not more than two <br />sign surfaces, each with <br />maximum surface area of thirty <br />square feet.
